The hotel, located on Avenida Francisco Boloña 503A and Jorge Inzua Hindro, has 85 luxury rooms, two restaurants, a delicatessen (will soon open), six meeting rooms, two kitchens, a pool, gym, sauna and a Turkish bath.

It also has a basement to park 30 vehicles. Orellana highlights as one of the attractions of the hotel the rear view that the building has towards the wide branch of the Salado stream that separates Kennedy from the Urdesa citadel.

In that space is the pool and tables that are part of the restaurants. From the living rooms and the rooms you can also appreciate the estuary and vegetation with which this account.

The hotel has a modern decoration with  pieces that were brought from outside.
